What's so bad about Rand Paul?

I'm curious. Why is he left out in the dark?

Edit: Oops. Rand Paul. Honest otaku-mixup-mistake.

He got trumped by Trump, lol! Plus he often gets bashed by GOP hawks who oppose his anti-interventionist views and support for decriminalizing pot.

The media hates him and loves Trump. That means he's doing something right.

Is he the Bernie Sanders of the Republican party?

In New Hampshire, there's a 3-way tie for fifth place between Chris Christie, John Kasich, and... John Kasich. The idea that Rand is slowly climbing back up in the polls must really terrify Fox News.

Rand Paul. The only thing I got from him was sporadic buzzwords:

CONSTITUTION, LIBERTY, BILL OF RIGHTS, PATRIOTISM, CONSTITUTION, BILL OF RIGHTS, FOUNDING FATHERS

Fuck politics.

Yes. Which is odd considering his father is actually someone you could discuss ideas with and such. Rand seems more like a propganda machine to me.

I don't know if he's just doing it for votes, but it's just dishonest. Then again getting the right message to millions of 8th grade educated people can also be hard.

He was one of my top tier preferred picks for the Republican nomination.

The media doesn't like him for the same reasons they don't like his dad: he has good ideas that run REALLY counter to the leftist statism most of the media pushes as well as counter to the ultra-conservatism and fear mongering of Fox News. Combine this with being rather anti-GOP donor money machine establishment means he's not getting any support from the party leaves him out in the cold.

So the media doesn't want his message to get out, he doesn't have any financial backers, and he doesn't have enough popularity and celebrity on his own to grab the spotlight like Trump did. That's what's wrong with him.

I don't see ,Utah with him that's wrong. He's pushing accountability on the gov, and wants more power to the people.
