Post Reply What is the worst job to have?

One where you're not satisfied in and could get a better one that pays more money. IMO, something where they work you too much or not enough( thats worse if you need the money) and the pay isn't enough. Anything you're not suited for. For example, if you worked at a fast food with a skeleton crew and have to do everything or you're not fast enough and are made to wash dishes during and into the night, and your hours were never regular, sometimes double, or here and there .That would drive a lot of people crazy. But if you need the money and its all you got, its all you got. Fast food can be a mixed bag. Being a cleaner can be stressful if your boss is a douchebag, and RRs are fucking nasty.

Jet airline window washer: certain heights are worse than others account thin air or not enough air inflight. Certain times of the year it gets even colder depending on altitude and plane velocity. It's goddamn hard to keep anything in a shirt pocket once a plane exceeds 40 mph plus these damn airport runways aren't long enough for a plane to taxi slow enough on takeoff where I can get ALL the windows washed and still be comfortably wearing a unibody spandex uniform. And customs, Jesus H Christ. No sooner do you catch your breath after a rocky landing while using your fingers hanging on for dear life somewhere on their fuselage when some frekkin' foreign country badge-heavy airport security nabob tries to haul your ass off to be interrogated. Shit dude, all I wanna do is finish this job while the jet's grounded. But nooo, where are your papers?

Night flights are the best. Watching the expressions on bored, blase passengers (those that are awake anyway) when they realize that's a real human idiot sitting out there on the wing with a squeegee, icicles dangling off his nose while drenched in dead seagull parts (ocean, coastal flights can be bad depending upon certain wildlife migratory patterns)....I wouldn't trade that chuckle-yuk payoff for all the fiat money in the world.

I am going to say being unemployed is the worst job to have. If your unemployed your job becomes to look for work and be judged while trying not to starve.
I have worked fast food, customer service, construction, general labor, warehouse, sales and I would do all of them again to not be unemployed like some of my friends are.

Just my thought on it though.

I've said this time and time again, but i'll go for it again. Nobody likes to work; it's a JOB for a reason. You don't go to work to have fun and goof around, that's what hobbies are for. You go to work to do your job, to make money, and complete your tasks to pay those crappy things called bills or rent at the end of the month. You can also buy other things with money, but that's another story. Sure, other jobs are harder than others, which can pay more, but at the end of the day, it's work and nobody likes it, so in a sense, every job is the worst.

But hey, if I can keep going to cons, watch Anime, and even buy some merchandise because of my job, then I can't complain!
