Ok so now that I have your attention,

On my other CrunchyRoll account, [email protected], CrunchyRoll has not only NOT allowed me to remove my card the past two months, but they have CHARGED my account as well when I have not been using their service.

I have sent several emails in regards to this, and I have gotten NO response. NOT ONE...

Why am I posting about it on this account? Crunchyroll continues to give me ERRORS when I try to make a thread in regards to my problem..

So, I would like a REFUND to my card, and my card PERMANENTLY REMOVED from your site. I am TIRED of trying to resolve this.

From what I can tell the 2 tickets you sent in were handled on the 5th and 22nd of January. Did you not receive our answers via email?

The first one was handled within 17 minutes, the other within 1h43m.

Zoodirektor, please remove my card from my account. Why are you guys making this more difficult than it is? You guys have stolen my money now for 2 whole months.. It won't let me remove it myself, so remove it for me. It is that simple.

I should be receiving a reimbursement as well.. please take care of this.

We don't have the facilities to touch our users' payment data for obvious security reasons. Judging from the replies on your tickets (I have not looked up your other account), you should have received the refunds, and the account was terminated?
