Sure. I'm that guy in my group of friends, so what would I be saying about myself or my friends if I couldn't get along with someone like me?

If you're not very emotional yourself, sure. Or if you are emotional, as long as you have a very well balanced life and there's other people in your life that you get your emotional needs met with, then sure.
Some people don't have this balance and because they want friends they'll go for this emotionless person thinking they got this but then will get hurt because they thought they could change that person. Hell, you could of just ended up friends with this person because you got along very well. So you gotta be careful

Guys aren't supposed to be emotional with guys. It's part of the rules.

We wouldn't want to go breaking the rules, now, would we?

Either way, I make an effort to be completely emotionless in day to day life, anyways.

If OP is talking about someone like this girl:

then no.
Posted 1/24/16
Of course. I have friends like that. I am myself, at times.

I don't show much emotion unless with good friends. Why would I expect others to be different.

I only get those when I don't speak their language.

Come te llamas?

Si Si. Donde es la biblioteca?

I'm fluent in Japanese. I only need one word to communicate.

Friends, sure.

Lovers I feel might be another story for me.

I've been there before. Although I guess she was more situational with her emotions. And oddly enough emotions did not play a part when she was being touched/groped. Now I know some guys might be into that, but I'm kind of weirded out about essentially touching a human acting like a doll. I mean at least give me some kind of feedback. I actually want to respect boundaries. lol

I'd be a hypocrite if I said no.

I prefer no emotion at all.
