I used a free month trial In December and towards the end I decided to cancel the free-trial as I would not have too much free time until mid- April. However the page to cancel the auto-renewal did not work. Since I was busy I decided to take the money off my linked account and thought "If they don't get the payment it should automatically cancel" and put it out of my mind as I was busy and wasn't using crunchyroll at the time. I was reminded about it last week when I had some free time for the upcoming (current) weekend and public holiday and went to check the status of my account and it was listed as premium and with a pending payment. I tried using the direct cancellation (tried twice and received confirmation each time in the crunchyroll messages although it did nothing) and tried once again to cancel the auto-renewal but it still didn't work. As it was still showing as premium on the account page I then put in a ticket. And after an initial reply last Friday of "Are you still experiencing an issue..." I have not heard back concerning the issue.

I would appreciate it if you could cancel the auto-renewal and cancel the pending payment.

Your pending membership was canceled. I can confirm you were not charged.
