I just started to workout again its been about 4 months since I have, I gained about 45 pounds in those 4 months. I know I can lose it in 3 months if I don't give up, but the thing is I hate working out. Every person I talk to that works out says they enjoy it.

My workout takes about 3-4 hours a day. I just don't know how people keep it up. My goal is to get down to 185 and stay down that weight level. I am 240 right now, really don't care if you know how much I weigh. If I keep it up I should be down to 200 by April. That is if I don't give up...

So do you guys work out or nay?

No, but I should.

Too bad prescription medication prevents me from easier methods of getting the right body.

I go to the Y almost every day, every other day and swim. It works every part of the body.

I "work out" but it isn't really working out. I just play a very physical game that is far rougher than working out but you don't notice till you stop.

Awesome, swimming is the best workout out that you can do, It is something I should really consider doing.

I know how you feel about the mediencn. one pill I took helped me lose the weight. However I have a really slow matabolosm.

3 times a week. Nothing crazy though. Just enough to keep in shape and stay healthy.

Every day, usually at the gym in the base, i also love to run at least 10k a day. B.C has some of the most awesome mountain trails to jog, especially first thing in the morning. I also like to put in at least an hour of Jeet Kune Do sparring if I can, it's hard to find partners willing to do full contact though.

Most days. I don't really go to the gym, I've got a good collection of free-weights and bars at home so I mostly do it there.. also yoga, squats, planks and all that fun stuff. Walking around university is quite an exercise too, city is pretty much a steep hill.

What I'd give for a sparring partner though, I'd love to pick up Taekwondo again, try kendo, and pick up all different types of martial arts.

Yes. Cardio is my favorite, Legs are always a challenge for me.
