I used to work out somewhat regularly and I was pretty proud of myself. But I gave up and haven't done so in about five years.

I do, but I've been slacking. Until recently I was on a long bicycle tour, so I was always exercising. I finished about a month ago though. I've been staying with a friend and I don't have any of my equipment or even my own space right now, so I haven't been able to get in the groove. I haven't been eating healthy either. I think I've gained 15-20 pounds, and I don't like it. I'm not overweight but I just feel gross.

I'm still in good shape in terms of cardio, but I know that I need to get my diet under control or I will just keep gaining more weight. When you are cycling 50+ miles/day you can get away with a lot more. So tackling the diet comes first, I can hold off on my exercise plan until I settle into my own place.

I was working out everyday until I wrecked my car. But im getting a new one so I can get back to the gym and Muay Thai class

Not hard core....but I do push ups, sit ups, some leg workouts (I've been doing these since I dislocated my knee), and some sprint workouts. All of this keeps me in pretty good shape. Albeit, I do slack of sometimes or something in life pops up. I am getting back into the routine though.

Yes! I do weightlifting, running and I also chop the daylights out of wrecked cars with an axe, such as the distorted rear of an Aveo.

Yeah sparring is fun, had a friend and me and him sparred all the time. I really would like to finish my black belt in karate.

You can always work out in a wrecking yard and hack the s*** out of wrecked automobiles (maybe even a smashed up school or city bus) with an axe. It's way cheaper than working out in a gym, plus you can have bulging biceps as your reward guaranteed. Who knows, but maybe you'll also get some girls as your reward too if you try.

Awesome, what kind of Martial Arts do you do? I use to do Kenpo Karate and Kickboxing and wrestling if you count that. However now I just try to stay in shape and be in good enough shape to defend my self.
