I walk a lot sometimes due to my job. I don't work out, but I am trying to start doing so. I want to lose weight too. I just joined a gym and I need to start going on a regular basis.

Not really everyday but every other day because I get home late at Tuesdays and Thursdays so I'm already tired and I really don't have any more energy to work out. But I lost more than 40 pounds already by eliminating rice and working out really hard for months straight.

Awesome, yeah too many carbs can make you gain weight like crazy, I grew up with a lot of Italian food and pasta and noodles. So I was always overweight tell I got older. I really don't gain weight unless I go on drinking Sodapop like crazy which I did for the past 5 months tell a week ago. I hope you reach your goals.

Awesome, what kind of Martial Arts do you do? I use to do Kenpo Karate and Kickboxing and wrestling if you count that. However now I just try to stay in shape and be in good enough shape to defend my self.

I go to the gym on weekdays. I do cardio, biceps, and abs. I've lost quite a few pounds and hope to lose more.

Yeah. Two to three times per week, I head to the gym after the workshift. Pretty much a ritual. And if there'd be an outdoor gig on the weekends, I take advantage and be active.

I rollerblade everyday but as for going to the gym, nope.
