I sure do.

I've pretty much accepted the fact that I may end up being single my whole life.

Besides.

From what I've heard, relationships can be pretty stressful.

I don't mind it since I got time for myself and I can find the right one. But I won't lie there are times where I wish I was with someone. I gotta get my own life in order first.

Do you enjoy the single life? Personally, I'm not one for the "hook up" culture so I just kinda keep to myself when it comes to relationships. Not to say I don't want one, I just don't spend each waking moment looking for a lover. I figure there are more important things to be concerned about and I'm pretty happy by myself. I figure it'll happen naturally and if it doesn't, oh well.

What are your thoughts?

I think you have the right mindset to avoid harmful relationships.

Same way I looked at it.

Do i like being single? no

when i was younger I had a prayer that I prayed, I prayed that I could someday have my own family, and become successful in life while my grandfather was still alive so he could hold my kids and they could know him and how kind he was... None of the above ever happened, never had a girlfriend, never had a job, and grandpa is gone now.

I would probably do almost anything for a relationship to work if it didn't involve traveling, but for the most part I've given up on it. anime is my only relationship now... couldn't live without it

There's no worry of being betrayed. That's one huge perk. I like being single a lot.

Kind of torn in the middle. I like being single because I can do whatever the hell I want with my money and time and I dont have to worry about getting someone pregnant, but I wouldnt mind being able to open myself up to someone and share my goals, dreams and emotions up to someone

I enjoy my single life because I have the time and freedom to access my life choices and focus on accomplishing my goals in my career field. Being in a relationship can cause undue stress and may derail your goals, I have seen many of my friends in relationships lose track of themselves because they devote too much time to their relationships.

I'm not single but I remember what it was like. If I were single right now I'd try not to think about it and have lots of fun with friends.

Sometimes I feel like I'm single because.....I spend quite a bit of time alone.

Of course not. Unfortunately work/personal life keeps me pretty busy. However, I've never felt 'constrained' in any personal relationship.
Personally I think subconsciously, the human race as a whole is searching for some kind of companionship (animal/human). Even if they refuse to acknowledge it.
However, I do agree the 'Hook up' culture is out of control.

it is beyond out of control, it practically IS our culture now
