True, and from you the point is completely valid.

But it's a bit rich when a company whose only publicly listed phone number goes to a recorded message, and whose only allowed form of contact is a buggy online form that many people have said they never got a response to (even about fraudulent credit card charges), complains about it.

I talked to Nets a while ago and they denied having a block on us. Basically means there's nothing we can do at the moment. :|
The problem probably results from us not having billing in Danish Krones currently. The recurring subscriptions in USD probably look dodgy to their system.

I can obviously only parrot what I've been told. So either my bank's support got it wrong, or Nets is lying to you, we'll probably never know.
Though it is good to know that you at least got in contact with them. It seemed difficult from your earlier post in this thread.

I live in Denmark as well and I had the same problem as you guys. Every time i tried to renew my Premium Membership i got the error:

"Failed to check out. Please look over your credit card info and resubmit."

Then I found this forum and thought that I had no chance for renewing my membership. But before I decided to give up I had to give it a last try. So I found out that if you use PayPal instead of one of your saved credit cards then it will work and you should be able to renew your membership.

I hope this helped some of you guys who had the same problem / error message as me

That is not something we can fix. The company handling credit card payments for the Danish banks blocks our transactions. Also, they are basically unreachable from outside Denmark (no English site, no contact form, etc.)
