What kind of apples?
I prefer the green ones. In my opinion they taste better.

Depends. If I want a sweeter taste I go with red. If I want more of a sour/tangy taste I go with green. Both are equal in my eyes (or rather taste buds).

Rindsrouladen (beef Rouladen) with some Spätzle.

Beef Bourguignon.

Both of these are dishes I make often. I will have to get around to making them and taking a picture.

Also, I can not say no to a good loaf of German bread. Not Americas white toast... but real, non-sweet bread!

Raw fish. Nice and simple. Specifically, fatty hamachi.
