You can check for item updates by selecting 'Order History' under Profile when logged into your account. Simply select the Order Number and then click on the item description.

For delays, you can also check the Delayed Items List below and if the item you ordered is not in the monthly lists below the fastest way to get item updates is to send us an e-mail through the Crunchyroll contact link below:

I can't watch any episodes because all of them need premium. Like 14 episodes need premium to watch why is that?

Yeah I had to contact twice about this, there should definitely be a notice in the store, or emails being sent out regarding this, I was almost considering asking for a full refund and I might if this "Feb." date isn't promising.

You will still be able to watch episodes not older than 13 weeks. Means simulcast titles are still available to you almost unchanged.

Me too it's ridiculous I ordered this dec 3 and received zero notifications on my order until I contacted them and even then the messages barely tell me anything outside of it says it may ship on this date, and that's it on feb first I emailed because it was supposed to ship on Jan 31st after being delayed the first time by an entire month and I got a reply saying sometime in February probably due to the same manufacturer error that got the item delayed by a month.

ok so 0 updates about this its the 5th of feb and if we just got a time other then Febuary as a whole may make ppl a bit happier
