Sorry Crunchyroll, but you're dropping the ball on the backpack =( I bought it to use for class, and it wont be here until summer it seems!

I knew it'd be a couple weeks late, after classes started, but not this late.

Supposedly the last crates were to be shipped out by 2/12. Seeing as tons of people haven't gotten any shipping notification yet and no customer service reps have had anything to say in this thread since that date was mentioned, I'm guessing the shipping "date" has been pushed back to March. It's going on 3 months since mine was ordered and I have yet to get a single email about any delays.

I mean, really? Does nobody work at CR that can take 5 minutes to reply to this thread more than once a month or send out a mass email or something? All I'm saying is that I've worked in customer service for literally half of my life, ever since I first started working, and this crap wouldn't fly anywhere other than here. Freaking ridiculous.

"Ridiculous" is a good start. Enrich it with "unbelievable", "fail", "facepalm", "slackers" and a few more that would get me banned and you get near to an accurate description of the proceedings.

Agreed 100%. I actually had to edit the language a few times before I knew I wouldn't get banned for cursing out CR.

It's so stupid. We're not asking for their firstborn children or something. I just want to know if I'm going to get my bag before a convention in July. From the amazing responses we've seen so far, I'm doubting it. If I was in charge of this whole debacle, I'd post with an estimated date, send out a mass email with apologies for screwing up, and maybe put something extra in the bags as an apology for failing so massively.

But that isn't even the issue. We just want to know what's going on with our stuff. And apparently that's just too much to ask.

same boat as everyone else no ship date yet march is 1 week away and all i honestly want is an update with whats going on at this point I'm not even mad about it cause i know I'm gonna get it but. i would really like to know when kinda was hoping to be able to use the back pack by now for various things: works stuff, laptop etc... and probably not gonna do one of these again in future due to the lack of response to things

I have to say for a first-time buyer, I am disappointed, I'm a huge fan of Attack on Titan and when I saw that there was a msytery bag exclusively for it, I was excited and immediately pre-ordered it, I have spoken to CR Customer Service on numerous occasions and was brought here, I don't want to cancel my pre-order cause I'm looking forward to it, but it seems I will never get it...

I preordered Corazon and Law POP and I am a first time buyer on CR. After looking at all these threads, I guess it was a bad decision to pre order... Is there a possibility of a refund at all? Or will they only refund only on one condition, which is lost shipment or out of stock from the manufacturer. Please help, thanks

You should /contact customer support directly, and use "Crunchyroll Store" as the Problem.

I'm just another member.

There often seem to be delays with delivery due to a trans-Pacific shipping from the distributor to CR's warehouse, and then in-house processing before being sent off with a carrier. If you're in the US, I wouldn't trust the estimated delivery on CR's store, with a month after the manufacturer's retail date at the very earliest.

Some retailers will be a bit quicker, either because they're shipping directly from Japan, or have a speedier means of acquiring goods from the factory than what CR is currently using. For example, sites like AmiAmi ship directly from Japan, but the price of merchandise is dependent on the exchange rate at the time the order is shipped, and you'll pay a decent amount for even the slowest shipments. With CR, the cost will be more fixed, but the arrival date will be more variable.

I see. Well for that case I am very aware of it. I chose CR due to the really low price of that limited edition POP figure compared to NY or BiJ... But it's scary and uneasy knowing all these unexpected delays and lack of support update lol... Makes me want to just cancel and pay premium from Japanese retailers ><
