Some time ago I watched "Fate/stay night", I downloaded the BD's from a torrent tracker.
Today I decided to rewatch the series but the version of crunchyroll it's like a different arc or something.

I watched tis series: [http://myanimelist.net/anime/356/Fate_stay_night]

I've also realized that the cover art in crunchyroll it's different and the logo says: "Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]
Does this means that this it's an anime based on the movie "Fate/stay night Movie: Unlimited Blade Works" [http://myanimelist.net/anime/6922/Fate_stay_night_Movie__Unlimited_Blade_Works]?

Pls help, google has failed me.

This is like one of those Wile E. Coyote traps that has a big sign saying "FREE BIRD FOOD" on it.

I've moved this to the Advice, Info, Recommendations forum. If you search here on "Fate" you'll find several threads that will likely provide the answer.

I'm pretty sure I understand your question, but let me know if I got it wrong.
Fate/Stay Night was originally a visual novel produced by Type-Moon with three routes, one for each heroine, respectively. To unlock each route, you had to finish the one before it. The three routes were: 1: Fate 2:Unlimited Blade Works, and 3:Heaven's Feel. The anime you watched looks like the original anime studio DEEN worked on in 2004. The route that the anime covered was the first route, the Fate route (also called the true end) they didn't stick completely to it however, and used bits of the other routes in the series.
Later, a movie was released that covered the second route, the Unlimited Blade Works route. It was hard to understand (at least for for me) since they had to skip a lot of content to fit into 2 hours or so.
In 2014, the studios Aniplex, Notes, and Ufotable made Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, which covers the second route "Unlimited Blade Works" as a complete series. They have also announced a movie adaptation of the final route, "Heaven's Feel." The version on CR is the newest series, were as (from what I think you downloaded) is the 2004 version.

Maybe that made you more confused, if it did, I apologize.
