I have been a premium member for a looong time and when I found out way back when that you guys were making an app for XBoxOne I was excited to be able to watch it on my tv. As of this day I still can't get the Crunchyroll App to work on my XBoxOne. Less than a minute after I open the app it just shuts down on me. There have been many updates since the apps release but none have addressed this issue. This isn't the first time I have written about this but I never got any kind of response the last time so I just gave up. Is anyone else having this issue? Are there any plans to address it?

I've haven't had this issue with the Crunchyroll app specifically, but I did have this issue with other games and apps like Warframe and Youtube. My fix was to just hard reboot the Console. If it still doesn't work, I suggest looking into your network settings and seeing Xbox Live Status, as some apps may be experiencing issues or there may be core service issues.

If all else fails I'm sure you can contact a staff/support specialist member from Crunchyroll to assist you if you have any issues.

I had this problem. Finally got fixed for me. Whenever I loaded the app on the one it froze almost immediately.

Always worked on the 360/PS4 though. Hmm

Try a hard reboot like Spartan said, also. Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

Have had the same issue since launch of the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling every single time is the only way I have found to make it work and even that is inconsistent. New problem as of today which I am currently contacting support about. The app wont let itself be uninstalled anymore > <

Delete some series from your Crunchyroll queue from a pc. The main issue with this is the queue is overloading the app, so having too much stuff can cause the app to freeze and crash.

P.S. It is silly how the 360 app is superior than the One app for this example.

What you have to do is uninstall the app, wait a couple of minutes, reinstall it, then once it says "Press the Xbox button in middle" use that to launch the application and it'll work and the only way it'll work unless your q size is below like 50 or something. I don't remember the number. You'll have to do this every time you want to use the application.
