I got a free trial, enjoyed it for the month, but after i paid for the second month my account said i'd never had a premium and asked if i wanted a free trial when i tried to go cancel?? I've tried several times to contact staff through email or cancel directly through paypal, but payments keep going through?? Help???

We have a ticket by you on the 29th of December, which our agent replied to within 33 minutes. You never replied to our questions.

Um I have cancelled my subscription a long time ago. But am still being paid for it. There is no cancel button on my account so I cannot cancel the account. Yet I am being charged 6.95 instalments each month.

One of my colleagues replied to your ticket about 3h30m after, but you never replied. Have you checked your email inbox yet?

Hello, I had enough of this my money is being charged for No reason I canceled my membership and turned auto renew Off, and my problem is not getting solved. I have been waiting close to a whole week to get my issue solved and obviously Crunchyroll doesn't care for their members my money is still not being refunded, and you can clearly see That I am not premium anymore but my money has been charged from PayPal, so I want some answers soon as possible.

Is CR listed in your pre-approved payments section on PayPal?:

It's about my money not being refunded because they charged me at The start of The month when I already canceled my auto renewal and membership, and it has Been close to a week now.
