Personally I'd want to make sure if the damn thing is being used in it's original context before losing it. If it actually turns out to be in the usage of a Neo- Nazi thing then I'll destroy it and maybe inflict some grievous bodily harm upon some fools.

The answer I would give is not one of the choices. I would try to find out the meaning behind it, to the person displaying it. Since the Swastika had a benign meaning before the Nazi's used it, I would want to know if they are referencing religion or politics. But, since most people use it to get negative attention, I try not to give them what they want.

The swastika can only mean one thing to people in the West and it needs to be destroyed to honour the soldiers that fought and died to wipe out the cancer that is Nazism. For the innocents killed while the flag with swastika flew over them. It's so easy for people to forget the reality of what was done under this symbol.

Why do people let the Nazi's own the swastika? I have quite a collection of Jewelry from the Hopi tribe, that is Pre-WWII most of the designs have swastikas on them; I wear it and make it a point to tell people the Nazi's perverted the symbol of good luck.

I go to a lot of punk & metal shows (more so in my teens - early 20's), but there were always a few folks rocking the combat boots & swastika arm bands & such. I talked to a few of them, it was evident that the majority of people wearing that sort of attire are just doing it for shock value. These were in venues/concert halls, where playing dress up is much more acceptable, though I'd often see them getting threatened by other concert goers, because contrary to popular belief, most punks / metalheads are against racism, sexism, basically anything that threatens the concept of equality. I mean, I understand the amusement of wearing something knowing it might rattle some cages, but in my case it's usually just my black metal shirts with big inverted crosses or death metal shirts with over the top gore scenes. But to answer your question, I'd just ignore it.

I would not pay any attention to it, since they most likely want attention

It depends on the context, but I would usually ignore it. Most of the time people try to be offensive on purpose for attention. If you get angry or upset you are just falling into the obvious trap.
