So I have tons of issues with this.

First I am signed in on my psn network and the damn app crunchyroll says I am not. I keep restarting my ps3 and it gets old! Crunchyroll also freezes up regularly while watching or skips. I am watching Naurato and it doesn't have the English dubbed version and it should.

PSN login =/= Crunchyroll login. You need to log in separately on the app.

It is true that Crunchyroll does not have the dubbed version of Naruto.

Are you simply saying you would prefer it if they did, or that you thought they did and are a perceiving it as a tech problem since you can't find it?

Crunchyroll does not have Naruto in English Dub.

A (mostly) complete list of what CR does have dubbed can be found here: /forumtopic-788825/crs-english-dubbed-anime (This is a US-centric list. Some dubs not on this list may be available in regions other than the US (I think some of the Yu-Gi-Oh is like that), and some dubs listed here may not be available outside of the US. (Naruto is not available dubbed on CR in any regions.)

I don't know about the freezing and starting and stopping.

Now can you give the email to crunchyroll because I am paying for something that doesn't work half the time! This is ridiculous. The shows don't load all the time. It goes from HD to non HD quality while playing and back and forth. I spend more time trying to restart my ps3 to get this program to run smoothly and stop skipping that its work. Ugh!!!!

You can get in touch with customer support by using the /contact form (linked at the bottom of every page). The change in resolution is by design, and helps to reduce buffering based on your connection to the CR servers (not just your connection to your ISP).

Actually, they removed that link from all the main website footers somewhat recently. Too many tickets for trivial things that could be solved using the FAQ would be my guess at the intent of doing that. To find the link now, you would have to do a search in the zendesk FAQ. Or remember it, or have it bookmarked, or run into it on an old forum post, or have someone nice just answer your question about where it is.

Hadn't even noticed, but that's unfortunate to hear.
