well with me am 'always" on a diet but then i break it i think i eat the most in my family i eat what ever i want when i want if u know me u will always see me eating hahah alot of my friends are so superized am not obest the only time u dont see me eating is while am sleeping at night and in the moring caz if i eat allot at night the next morning my stmoch feels really weriod like is empty but full and i really dont like that feeling soo i try to not eat at night but somtimes i just cant help it i just dont know y am always hungray haha like i get tired and sleepy if i dont eat but suprisingly i have been the same weight 4 a looonnggg time (thank god for that !!)so do u have a dieting routine ??? and if u do is it working ??

i tried to stick to a diet. It's too hard though
just eat healthy foods and don't buy junk food
my friend lost 30 pounds in a month just from stop eating
all she ate was like 2 apples a day

I'm actually a bit under-weight now from doing this diet
but... many people just think they are over-weight
when in reality they look fine....

well.. learn to eat slow, and take only around 10 to 15min before you stop/finish, very effective, also stop if you burp cuz thats a sign

I don't even have a diet..and i'm one of the skinny people too...lol (5"9, 120LBS)

I just, well, don't eat breakfast, and then get a small lunch, like a sandwitch

skip dinner. and then go around hunting for things to eat at like 9 PM..

the next day, if its a weekend, its skip all three meals. And then the day after (sunday) it'll be eating a few bunds(chinese bread with stuffing) at church, then eat dinner at 6. and the week days just goes "No breakfast, small lunch, eat small dinner or late dinner"

i dont eat breakfast and i have a small lunch, like a salad, then for dinner i have salad again! lolz.............
