Not really on a diet but, I only eat candy every other saturday and not a lot on that saturday. Or anything that contains sugar or fat food. I also take protein shakes everyday (3-5 times aday) within 60 minutes after training and after a meal. And 30 mins before I go to bed I take three huge protein tablets or wtf they are called. Including that I train 6 times a week for atleast two hours each day, lifting weights, running, jogging, swimming, push-ups, pull-ups, lots of sitt-ups, squats, boxing, doing some sport, cycling and such And I love it

I just, well, don't eat breakfast, and then get a small lunch, like a sandwitch

skip dinner. and then go around hunting for things to eat at like 9 PM..

the next day, if its a weekend, its skip all three meals. And then the day after (sunday) it'll be eating a few bunds(chinese bread with stuffing) at church, then eat dinner at 6. and the week days just goes "No breakfast, small lunch, eat small dinner or late dinner"

People, people, people it is unhealthy not to eat and especially not eating breakfast! It is the most important meal of the day, it makes you concentrate better and work better.

Yeah, i know, people told me for my whole life. but I don't have time to eat!

on weekends, i wake up at 10AM~12PM. so i miss breakfast that way, because it turns in to lunch.

and on week days, my school starts at 8:40. I have to get in to class before 8:38. and I get to school at around 8:25~8:35.

and guess when do I wake up? Right! I wake up at 7:55. Lol. and i get out of my house at 8:45 .____. 20mins, not enough time to eat....

so, I haven't ate breakfast for around four years...(of course, there are the few school trips that goes to another city, stay for a few days, and breakfast was given by school)

I ate breakfast before, because the school that time gives breakfast.

If you are planning to diet, then I suggest exercising as well:

One pound of muscle mass added to your body can burn up to 50 extra calories each and every day. This keeps on working even when you are sitting at your desk.

Picture the possibilities if you took off five pounds of fat and replaced this with pure muscle.

When you are on a diet, you will lose muscle mass and fat, which causes your metabolism to slow. Then, the pounds likely don’t come off as quickly as you would like.

(From: http://www.nubella.com/content/view/5221/)

As for me, I've been fortunate enough to have a fast metabolism (probably from swimming) that I haven't needed to diet. Regardless, "everything in moderation." I try to refrain from snacking and junk food, namely fried stuff, oily stuff, chips, candy, and soda. If I'm sick, I've noticed that I unintentionally go on a liquid-y (soups, smoothies, porridge) sort of diet, and I do shed a lot of pounds that way.... which come right back once I recover and start eating solid foods again. =P Otherwise, I don't pay much attention to how much I weigh; I figure that as long as I still fit into my jeans, I'm doing good.

i don't diet, but i snack a lot- chips, chocolate..and usually that makes me not eat a full meal. i don't exercise either unless it's for tennis practice and i never use the weight room, and yet i'm still thin. about 135 lbs.
