i play soccer 3 times a week, maybe thats reason why i dont get fat..

Never went on a diet.
I practically eat everything in sight. I think that's why my little brother hides the Hershey Kisses.

When I diet, which I'm doing now, I stop drinking soda (which is so hard. I miss you, Dr. Pepper XD) and candy. Oh and I keep myself busy. I eat when I'm bored.

I also play with my dogs and take them to parks. I'm going to start running too, not for the diet but just because I like to set random goals for myself

I try to eat like 5 times a day. But, they're really small portions. This way I never really feel too hungry and overeat. I've been told I eat extremely healthily. I eat things like wheat bread instead of white. I try to have as much vegetables and fruit as I can. Kind of hard to do when in college. I also have added sugar free chocolate milk to my diet. Trying to get more calcium and I hate normal milk so adding sugar free chocolate helps. Also, I'm trying to have oatmeal for breakfast. Now, I've also added an hour of exercise. Since, I seem to eat healthy, I'm trying to lose more weight by exercise. It's the only thing that I haven't been as good about.

befor every meal drink alot of water so your stomck will get full and u will eat a little
