No, they are not childish concepts. I see them as relative concepts and absolute according to the thoughts and actions committed by a person. Emotions can't be controlled, so I do not see how these concepts relate there. Thoughts and actions are controllable, so they can be good, evil, right, or wrong. These concepts are relative to each person, which is why some people are able to harm or help others without hesitation. They are absolute in how a person's emotions reflect on that action. If they can't feel any emotion upon reflection, then logical analysis of the situation would determine the rest.
