Not very healthy, like, at all....

I've got a BMI of like 31, and I'm only really active at school. I have an ear infection that never really cleared up, with the constant ringing and occasional ear pain to prove it. I also have fluids in my ears so my hearing been temporarily reduced.
My chest (bone)/sternum has been mysteriously swollen for a year or two, and sometimes hurts or puffs up from time to time. My tonsils have been infected for a while now, and will cause me to get flu-like symptoms every now and then. But the scariest thing happening to me is that I'm constantly getting this pins-and-needles feeling in my head and now my back. It is sometimes accompanied by pain and I have no idea what is causing it.

In other words, I'm overweight with a buttload of infections. I'm currently on a diet, but the only way to fix the infections and stuff is to go to a doctor with the money/health insurance I just don't have. It seriously sucks.

pretty healthy but its cool never really gaining weight cause I can eat whatever if I feel like it

a diet won't help but eating more healthy would.
don't go for a "diet" where you just for example eating salat or an apple since thats not how to have a good diet.

but it could sound like something bad unless if you talk about back problems (may due to weight) or head problems being migraine?

Depends on how you see it. I hardly get sick, work out a lot, and am quite fit, but I eat waaaay too much sugar to be healthy I also can't run or get similar exercise since my feet are literally flat as planks and I don't have the money to get decent arch supports. So I'm basically stuck with push-ups/sit-ups

yeah I have a pretty high metabolism and I've been 120-130 range since 9th grade lol

this could be just doing bad for you as food still could turn with problems and the kidney or the liver isn't a kind one.

I know what you mean. I didn't mean it like I go HAM on fried food and twinkies or something. Just meant like I'll eat some chips or somethin from time to time. I do eat a lot of healthier compared to a few years ago though and I really enjoy good foods like a mix of fruit or something. Lot less soda too, love some nestle pure life or tea

You have the right view.

I think I've been gaining weight since I've been eating full meals all the time. I usually eat fairly light meals instead of 800 calorie monstrosities.

In my case my health has completely crashed with back to back injuries taking me out for just over a year and completely destroying my stamina. It wasn't easy to adjust from being active and eating 4000 Kcal a day. It's not just my performance that suffered either; I have blood pressure issues now.

It's gonna be a sucky grind to get myself healthy again as a grade 3 turf toe injury pretty much ensures that I can't sprint unless I get it surgically repaired. Short Sprint Interval Training was my preferred method to burn energy quickly. I guess I will have to hit the weights for cardio now.
