I try to stay relatively healthy since I'm in the military. I tend to love grubbing on junk food and ice cream though. But I do try to eat proper proportions and integrate veggies as being half my plate. At least veggies are cheap. I used to have a bad habit of eating more than 3 meals a day. Luckily I've been fortunate with my health and size. My minimum a week is 500 push ups, 1000 ab work outs, and at least 3 miles a week. Sounds like a lot, but it's really not for a whole week, I really should run more... I used to do yoga but that's becoming expensive and I'd rather spend my time driving motorcycles and enjoying life. I do waste a lot of my time studying for college and watching anime. I don't sleep much lol.

I'm not in good shape but I don't really have any health problems. So maybe a little below average.

I eat more or less what I want, and exercise quite often.
I commute by bicycle to and from work, roughly 25 km total each day, all year.
On average, I do around 400 km on my bike every week.
During winter, I cut down on cycling and go to the gym a couple of times a week. And when the snow comes, I go cross country skiing.

So yeah... I'm quite healthy.

I take pretty good care of myself. I lift weights very nearly every day and get plenty of cardio and drink tons of water. I don't drink, smoke, or do any drugs, and I eat little to no meat. Admittedly, I am still a touch soft around the middle, but I am still working on that.

I'm as healthy as a horse.

I'm not a health nut, but I try to take care of myself, I work out, I hike, and blue collar job helps since it's quite physical. I abstain from alcohol, smoking, and eat a relatively balanced diet. I'm very grateful of my good health.

raw vegan (only uncooked vegetables, fruit and raw seeds/nuts).

no dairy, eggs, animal flesh.

i take pro-biotics every day (usually kimchi or home-made kombucha).

no sugar, caffeine, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs (not even aspirin)

a lot of exercise at work lifting crates and generally running around like a crazy person at an understaffed, overworked retail hell job. ride bike on the weekend for fun (not quickly). celibate. meditate at least twice a day. love to give thanks and praises to JAH and pray a lot (actually shown to help physical health as well as mental and spiritual well-being).

i enjoy herbal remedies ;)

i used to be a crazy drunk punk trash food junky, but after 4 years of sobriety, good eating and steady physical activity i'm feeling pretty darn good. i get a little bit sick for about 2 days once a year on average as my body adjusts to new flu strains each winter.

things really started to turn around for me when i started to focus more on spiritual joy rather than obsessing on physical sense gratification. Haille Selassie I JAH Rastafari saved my life.

i feel pretty healthy and i enjoy my lifestyle a lot more than i ever did when i was all wasted and eating nothing but pizza!!!

thanks and praises to JAH for rescuing me!

I'm 5 foot 10 inches and I weigh 155 lbs. I exercise everyday, and I try to eat well. The only negative factor would be that I probably drink too much beer. eh.

work out once a day

weigh 100 kg (losing as we speak)

Eat badly since i can't eat many fruit or veg as it makes me ill

have over 100-300g of sugar a day
2-7 liters of cola a week (food and soda is my only stress release since i started dieting it jumped from 2 to 2-7)
1600 calories a day (including soda etc)

My health is ok i guess i won't die but....its not good either.

before someone comments on the stress part i have a third outlet which is bloodlust/violence which i dislike as i'm not a violent person naturally.
i deal with stress really badly and have gone to therapists for it for over 5 years and food is the only method that works.

I have an eating disorder, so no, probably not. I don't think I'm unhealthy, though (at least not like I used to be when I was 84 pounds--down from my original weight of 120--I'm 5'1 and petite but muscular and I've never been actually fat or even overweight). But that could be the anorexia talking lol I'm not quite emaciated or anything I don't think. I don't weigh myself because I get obsessed, otherwise. But I really do need to start eating, otherwise I could probably die. Luckily, I'm getting help so that it won't come to that. But yeah. Eating disorders suck. I used to work out every day--I ran. But then I tore my anterior-talofibular ligament in my right ankle. Just got it fixed with this cool new fiber thing that the medical industry just came out with. Had the procedure 4 months ago, was non-weight bearing for 2 months, and I'm up and walking and I feel good as new (and better than I've felt in 7 years since I got the injury). I'm bionic now, so that's pretty neat haha

Lesson here: stretch before exercising. And if you have flat feet like me, don't run several miles a day through pain and all weather. Because tearing ligaments hurts like hell.

I go on walks now. With friends. I like adventuring in the forest and such. Even though I despise bugs lol

Just avoid alcohol and the sun--they will age and kill you. Being pale is a good thing. Even if it makes me look like a vampire xD

Pale skin has way to many advantages aside from being attractive as hell..i wish more skin was more pale T~T

I drink coffee too much and I run twice a week but not entirely healthy. It depends with my mood.
