From my experience, if you guys are trying to move on and maybe even see other people already, I wouldn't get her anything; that would only send mixed signals to her AND make anyone you could be interested in think you still have a thing for your ex. Most people like to avoid getting involved when exes are still in the picture. Plus if I may be blunt, it sounds like you still like her enough to want to get her something, but not actually as just a friend, so it's healthier for you if you don't.
