So I tried buying 3 months of CR premium which is all I wanted. However, I got double charged and was send 6 months worth instead. Due to some unexpected bills, the double charge is gonna overdraft my account. I contacted support but the last time I had to contact them they took almost a week to get back to me and by that time the overdraft will go through and I'll get billed like 60$ for it.


Is there a faster way to get the issue handled and get 3 of the months taken off my account(i didn't use the codes yet) and get half of what was charged to my account refunded?

LMAO, and? Did you use it? Or did you notice the mistake instantly?

What's the problem with getting a recurring monthly subscription that is taken out of your account. Even considering paying a lump sum for 3 months is unwise, manage your money .

I prefer to not leave my bank card tagged on to the account. And yes, I noticed it instantly when I got the double email with receipts. The lump sum isn't the problem. The problem is that the store checkout errored and double ordered which means theres a problem with their website that caused the issue.

I've canceled and refunded the second one. Your bank will likely take between 3 and 5 days to book the money back to your account.

Thanks. I appreciate the speed. It wasn't an intentional thing and I needed to reup(I don't care for recurring subscriptions) and despite what the other person in the thread said, I actually DO manage my money, but they apparently didn't read that there was a site error that caused a double charge/order.

Thanks again for fixing it though Der. You've been pretty fast at helping with issues I've had and I appreciate it.

The 3 month membership is $19.95, or only $6.65 per month. If someone knew they would be subscribing for the season anyway, how is saving a bit of money "unwise"?

I must be downright foolish saving all the money each year (paying less than $5 per month) by paying for a 12 month sub each time.
