I have been using crunchyroll for about 6 monthes or longer without issue. As of a week ago all the anime disappeared. I've been watching it in Okinawa for the whole time without problem is it a new thing where videos can't be played in Japan? I'd like the problem resolved because i do enjoy the service and don't want to cancel my membership but if i can't use it then there will be no point in paying for it. Please help

It's not new. CR has practically no series licensed for viewing within Japan, with RWBY being the only exception I can recall.

Unless you're on a U.S. military base, you're not supposed to be able to view anything from Okinawa.

I am on a military base that's how i've been using crunchyroll and netflix. That is why i'm confused as to why now they took it off

Your IP address probably changed, and you are no longer identified as being in the US (as you were when you could watch). You can always check what country you are identified as being in by going to the Contact page, scrolling down to "Your System Details" at the bottom, and checking "Detected Country:".

If you have a local support team (I imagine you do), you should let them know what's going on. They may need to contact the ISP to make sure the block of IPs they are using is defined for U.S.
