I often come across a lot of funny YouTube videos or even series that I find entertaining, but that really don't deserve a topic by themselves.

So I thought, "Hey, why not have a thread where we can all toss in some videos, have a laugh, post some comments, etc.?"

So here it is. :3

I do request that you refrain from things like political videos (which often merit their own topic anywho).

I'll start. This is a series I've been watching the past few days called "Thrilling Intent." It's kind of like a few guys getting together and playing a somewhat freeform type of Dungeons and Dragons game. This is something I normally wouldn't find very entertaining, but the characters are interesting and the story they tell is kind of entertaining.

Go ahead and watch up to episode 10 or so before you drop it. The further it goes, the better it gets.

I recommend battlefield friends for anyone who is a fan of the video game series. It kind of makes fun of the game and the stupid things that people do it in it. It's quite hilarious to see things presented in a funny light.

It's a long series though, which is why I can't really post a video on it lol.

I like watching survivalist videos on youtube and I came across some cool instructional videos by a guy named Crazy Russian Hacker. He shows you how to keep a Husky dog cool in the summer and to make your own cheap camping stove. I need to use VPN to access youtube and I'm too lazy to do it at the moment, but if you have trouble finding his videos, let me know and I'll try to find the link.

Be careful with that guy, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed.

For example: one of his tutorials on how to keep cool in the summer, will potentially get you killed.

He suggested going to sleep next to a fan and dry icc; although, doing this you will in fact help vaporize the carbon dioxide faster. This will fill your room with CO2 and you'll suffocate in your sleep.

anyway, point being he's not someone i'd suggest subbing to or recommending.

Ah didn't know about the dry ice thing. Even if he only used a small amount of dry ice, if he didn't talk about the dangers there's probably some poor redneck out there who got a huge block of the stuff, put it in his truck and died taking a nap.

Point #2, before trying anything from youtube yourself, do some more research on it.

Sorta keeping with the groups theme here, but but surely that's fine. Hilarious song, great tune and all, and Tim Minchin just destroys some of the more belligerent types of religious belief.

And then, another piece by Tim Minchin that touches more upon the whole "holistic, organic, natural" type of belief system.
