It aint a big deal having one. If i didnt have amazing metabolism i wouldnt have one, i very rarely bother with training anymore. I know all i need to handle any situation that doesnt involve firearms, plus when you use fighting skills outside the ring you get in alot of trouble round here, unless you stop training with people, then you got free reign baby!!!

Ah, i got lucky. I eat like a pig and never put on a pound. Can be very handy unless you want to do some heavyweight fights. Yeah, i did boxing for nearly a year, but man you should try kickboxing. Its alot more fun and gives you the potential to deal out twice as much hurt when its required. Especially with boxing experience behind ya.

Its basically the same but i get the more toned down kind rather than the all out training camps like in thailand xD i wish i could go to one of those :(

You got luck man, over here there are no martial artists. NONE, or if there are, they are hiding cos i can find one to teach me anywhere. All we got is plain old karate, which is ok when your a beginner and for basics. I learned a little thai chi for a while, its really good for making guys look slow and ponderous but teaches no attack, only defence. Ive heard u can learn some attacks somewhere but its not very commonly praticed.

18% body fat is quite a bit however, take away 8 and your pretty lean, but add another 8 and you are obese.

You should concentrate on overall fitness at this point more than abs. Cardio certainly helps.

And no, I don't have a 6pack. I have an 8. Comes down to genetics...
