I try to sign back up for premium but i keep getting "Failed to check out. Please look over your credit card info and resubmit." all the info is correct and works fine on other places like Steam etc. and there is more than enough money on the card

Ah, you're from a country where a local credit card issuer blocks our transactions. Your only option for now would be trying to attach the card to a PayPal account, and then use PayPal to subscribe.

So my bank contacted me today and told they are not blocking you and from what they can see its something on your end.

Very much doubt a bank residing in Scandinavia would have a reason to block Crunchy...

Well appearently im not the only one with this problem. Guess im gonna pay once with paypal for now even tho they have a very unfair exhange rate, but if this dosnt get fixed then i simply have to find another site.

That's what i've been told, this issue is nearly a month old.
according to crunchyroll nets A/S is at fault.
last i've heard they're trying to remedy the situation.
(i personally refuse paypals existense so i'm looking forward to the time when it is solved.)

I assume I am having the same issue. Logged in last night and noticed I was now on the free service. My card worked for the last 2 years, but shows error when they did the auto renew. I saw in the forums that others are having similar issues.

I don't really have a solution, other than suggesting you /contact customer support to see if they can clear the issue with your account, but I decided to move to https://vrv.co, which has a $10 bundle with CR, FUNimation, and several other content providers, when it happened to me.

I am having a similar issue. My subscription failed to renew due to "Payment Error". My credit card is valid and had been used on Crunchyroll previously. I tried to renew manually but it kept saying it could not complete the transaction. I tried deleting all of the credit cards associated with my account then readding them but now it won't let me add any new cards to the account.

It doesn't seem to be a problem with the card but more like a software error with Crunchyroll's payment management system. The interface seems to generate an error before it even tries to validate my card.

I have already reached out to customer support and still waiting for them to respond.
