What kind of exercise do you do?

I use the treadmill 5 days a week for 1 hour at a speed of 3km per hour with a level 3 elevation.

So pretty much just walking / jogging (i can't run due to asthma)

On Wednesdays sometimes i do 4-5 hours 10km basically so i do alot of exercise imo i'm fairly active.

I run 10 kilometers a day, lift free weights for a half hour to forty minutes, and if I can I try to get in some sparring in. Too many pussies though, no one wants to do full contact sparring. I also try to put at least 100 rounds through Cassandra a day if I have the ammo.

Lol I actually want to try the one punch man exercise, but take out running 10 k every day lol, forget it LMAO. Maybe that would be meaningless then.

I do a 20 minute high intensity cardio session on my treadmill. I also work in push ups and stuff of that nature. No weight training.

Sundays hiking or biking for 3~5 hours
Monday strength training
Tuesday cardio
Wednesday martial arts
Thursday strength training
Friday Cardio
Saturday martial arts

It was pretty sweet. I still don't have even 5% of the experiences my father has though. He has done so much stuff. He even did the JFK 50 mile marathon (a 50 mile run!). Then he has pictures and stories of Desert Storm, training stories and everything. I hope I can be even 10% of the man he is.

Not sure who would win in a fight between the two of us too. Wouldn't want to loose to a 55 year old man!


I don't know, my sons martial arts is coming along pretty good, he might be able to beat me on stamina alone consistently. It's getting harder to win. I find I have to take him down or make the cut (if we're sword fighting) within the first minute, otherwise I'm toast.

Well in all honesty... all I would have to do is wait for my dad to pull his back. Age is a bitch.

I could beat my dad in sword play, not in gun usage though. While we both dislike using guns, he can hit a target outside the M16's average range with high precision... I am just average on accuracy.

my exercise includes lifting my hand to grab the doughnut and putting it into my mouth ..*phew* hard work...

I do not have much of an exact set up. I just wake up in the morning look through my list of work-outs and do one. Although during the spring/summer I love running

I'm currently lying around. I've hurt my foot because I went to the gym. Usually I get exercise outside of a gym environment. I'm won't repeat this mistake again.
