2-3 times a week:

5min cardio (treadmill warmup)
5min stretches (full body)
10 min treadmill run
100 leg presses
50 combo upper/lower ab crunches
100 combo squats
2 min lunges (1min each leg)
10 min warm down + muscle stretch

Tae Kwon Do twice a week for one hour,
Workout days twice a week, which consist of cardio and some weight lifting for 30-45 minutes.
Stretching every morning and night, although that doesn't really count as a workout does it?

800-1200 yard swim 3 times a week
