workout 3-4 times a week, 2 hours per session
I mainly do oly lifts, benchpress, squats and deadlifts on different days. I do accessory work related to those lifts after. And after weightlifting, I do 10 mins of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Since spring football camp just started, I lower the level of intensity in the gym to avoid tiring my body too much.

A lot of moving my feet with weight on my back lately. Also swimming a few times every week. I suck at it, want to improve, and it's good exercise.
