Is there a way to see what topics you are involved in?
Like all in 1 page, not just notifications where you've been quoted?

Or is this something to be suggested? (If so then I think it would be much better instead of looking around history to see replies in a topic)

Probably not quite what you are looking for, but two things...

On your profile, left column, there is a section names "Statistics". Under that is the number of posts you have made. It is a clickable link which will return all your activity, supposedly most recent first.

Or using the forum search box (not the general one), you can go to the forum area you are interested, even down to the thread level, and enter this:

user:Rekkeh

(that will only work for your own id)
