There should be a built in translater for other languages in topics, much better than having to go translate it on Google/Other

Just an idea

Use Chrome? Just two clicks, and you don't have to open any other tabs or windows; you stay right on the same page: Right click on the page somewhere in the displayed text area to bring up the navigation menu, and then left click the "Translate to English" option.

What about for the non PC users?
And people that don't use Windows but have issues installing Chrome?

Chrome can be installed on Mac, Linux, Android, and iPhone/iPad, (and comes standard on Chromebooks), so it shouldn't be an issue with very many pieces of non-PC hardware https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346?hl=en (although Kindle users may have a couple hoops to go through because Amazon can be a pain)...

But if you are paranoid about having something from Google running on your machine, then by all means, don't use it; it was just a suggestion.

I'm just saying that it is one possible workaround to use instead of waiting around for CR to act on a suggested programming change that would not likely happen soon. Changes to the site come slowly here, if ever at all, and even then, when they do come, most of the time it is something that is being discontinued rather than functionality being added (the simulcast calendar being the only exception I can think of lately), so most people will usually be better off finding another way rather than to continue on getting increasingly frustrated.
