No, there won't be a second season, it's done and over.

It's best that Ouran did stop when it did anyway, trust me, you wouldn't want it to continue. The story gets far more serious as it goes according to the manga. The only way they could really continue it the way it was is if they were to go away from the storyline and give you a whole season of fillers.

I'm not trying to be mean, I liked Ouran as well. I'm just merely speaking the truth here.
