Hi there sweetie, just here to give my advice c:
Sorry if i seem brutally honest, i don't mean it be mean.

Okay so your avatar is decent for a first try. I'm assuming you're using Photoshop?
1st.) your text is a bit plain, i would suggest using styles ( i can recommend some of my favorites to you if you would like.)

2nd.) I would also reccomend using PSD's or Actions to help blend your photo.
you can also use curves too c: i'm currently making a tutorial on Curves for Photoshop.

(I HOPE YOU DON'T MIND BUT I'MMA EDIT ON YOUR PICTURE.)
Feel free to steal anything 8D

Okay so, i duplicated your photo and sharpened it
(Filter > Sharpen> Sharpen), lowering the opacity to 83%

Second i added a bokeh texture on top and set the mode to screen.
and erased the excess bubble things.

I then added this Blend texture on top of the picture with the mode of Darken.

I then added another texture to help tie up the avii and complete it

finally, i added a PSD on top to blend everything together.
(I don't have the PSD.)

Sorry if you already knew all this stuff Q.Q the only thing i can really see that needs improvement in your editing is blending and experimenting with textures, PSDs and Fon't styles.
Result is over there>>

Actually I was using GIMP when doing this. I had GIMP for few years but I rarely touch it, I mostly use Photofiltre to make my gfx, and I just downloaded Photoshop CS6 a week ago. Can you do some tutorials on downloading textures, fonts, unzipping zip files and RAR files, etc...

For GIMP & Photoshop CS6 --- You can find some textures in CR GFX Helpers and one from deviantart you just have to search it though. don't search it on google they dont have very good ones. Fonts can be found on DaFont.com, 1001fonts.com, or fontsquirrel.com.

Hello sweet heart, i'm going to give my opinion & going to give my advice.

I can see you've improved, since i taught you about blending textures. (good job).

GOOD

1.) Blending - Good job using the blending textures
2.) BG - The background matches well
Needs work / Suggestions

1.) I would suggest lowering the opacity of the blending texture to about 84% or lower ( basically a "salt to taste" )

2.) The sizing is off from what the instructions say above.

3.) Try doing Two different text layers, so you can make the text larger and easier to see

4.) I also suggestion using Gradients for the text ( i will make a tutorial.)

5.) try playing with different texture such as the one below
You can place them above your render or below your render
Experiment and find something you like the best

*NOTE I'M GOING TO MAKE A TUTORIAL WITH THE RENDER YOU USED.
im so confused from 1 through 5

I'm not happy with the outcome of my work :\ tried going for a naturally filling. I guess c4d would really fit well with this photo

Your edit improved from the previous one, good job! I could see that you put the guide into a good use Although please use the renders provided next time, correct me if I'm wrong tho. However, no offense intended, the photo needs more improvement. here are the points that needs improvement.

THE FONT.
Do you have any other downloaded fonts in your computer? The font looks appropriate for the picture but it's barely noticeable. I have to squint my eyes just to make it readable for me. Either you make it larger, choose another font or stroke it (for PS software). www.dafont.com would be a good source to get fonts for free.

THE SUBJECT.
what is it that you wanted to emphasize? Sure, the second looks better than the first but the subject seems to look like a background. You have to make your audience look at the center of attraction (which is her face mostly) in order to get their attention.

THE UNWANTED AREAS.
Just as Blu-san said to other GFX trainees, there are some unwanted areas in your gfx. For example:

It makes the photo look off, and not really symmetrical. It would be better to erase them or enlarge the photo and adjusting it so that they wouldn't hit the areas encircled.

ADD ON ADVICE:
It would be best if you would play with your textures and colorings a little. I think the psd 3 made by pustakkeramzytowy would help you with this photo. www.deviantart.com would be a good source in getting .psds and textures.

Hello Kouta-san! I hope you don't mind me giving you some advice I may not be an expert like Blu-san, but I guess I could give you some advice from an artist's view perhaps?

Here are some of my thoughts about your work.

THE UNWANTED AREA
It looks awkward if the face is uneven. I think it would be best if you keep the whole face in one coloring or symmetrical.

THE SUBJECT
I notice that what you did here seem to be your signature style. It's fine and all to use it, but I don't think it's appropriate for the photo right now. It makes it look like a background, and the text as the subject itself. Idk if that's what you wanted to do, but if it's not, try making your picture more solid. When you're in doubt, ask yourself this: What is my subject? Would the audience see my subject as the center of attraction? or Does my subject stands out the most in my photo?

THE FONT
The font is kind of okay, but my advice is same as the first one, keep it all in one color, or dual colors (as long as it's symmetrical) since the end part of the words seem not much noticeable than the other part.

I'm sorry I have no advice for the second one, I'll leave it to Blu-san since I have nothing much to advice except repeat what I did on the first one

Just search "textures" or "psd coloring" in deviantart then you're all set!
