Premium member also, CR has been unusable pretty much all day. If Super is the problem, then they need to put that thing in a separate server or something.

Same issues here, been a Premium member for as long as I can remember and service over the last 4 months has been dismal. If there were ANY other options to get premium anime content I would have unsubscribed already.

Just wanted to pop on this thread since it looks like this is a problem still happening to many users.

I recently got my PS4. I have a stable internet connection and usually crunchyroll works just fine on my other devices. Located in the United States, in Minnesota to be exact. I am a premium member since right after I joined in 2013. But the main thing I wanted to post was I am watching Bleach. I am on Season 9, and its every other episode with this error. I can skip the episode and go to the next just fine. These episodes are for all members not just those with premiums.

As on 4/2/17 I have experienced this current error numerous times for the last two weeks just with the Bleach series.

Been having the same problem only with my queue on app thats it I can get everything elsen on the app show up but not my queue it fine on the website.

I, TOO, am a premium user and getting this issue. My internet is fine, (I can use other apps like Netflix and youtube) and I'm also in Canada.. There's literally no excuses for this to keep happening and i noticed this a few days ago.. Still hasn't changed.. I want to be able to re-watch knb! but looks like that's not happening

BUMP!!!

I'm a premium member, and I get this error on both my PS4 and Android tablet fairly regularly. Oddly enough, it only seems to prevent my queue from loading. Everything else loads just fine, but it's annoying to have to search through the catalog just to find the shows I want to watch in my queue. However, I do agree that Saturday nights are the worst due to Dragon Ball Super and One Piece airing so close together. Thankfully, I can access my history, so my binge watching of Haikyu!! won't be interrupted.

Having the same issue. I was going to pay for premium but now I'm holding out until this is fixed. Has CR released a statement about these PS4 issues?

CR Premium Member for over a year, 90 Mbps down / 12Mbps up, able to stream Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, etc without any issues. I go to run Crunchyroll aaand its gone. I'm able to run it off my computer no problem (so far) but I'd like to use the full feature of this product that I'm paying for.

Probably going to halt payments till they fix their stuff. If you guys are planning to halt/cancel payments as well, make sure you block the transaction from your credit cards as well because their servers are messed up apparently and continuing to charge people after cancellation (source, some people on Reddit).

Same problem. It only seem to be happening with older series they added, Jin Roh, Digimon season 1 and 2 and a few others.

Trying to watch Crunchy Roll on my PS Vita, but the video keeps stopping after 1 minute of playback! i am not a happy camper when i dont get my morning dose of Naruto Shuppoden!

Can't watch Super on saturday night on my PS3, but I can watch it on my iPhone and web.

Premium user, same here and it's not with catalog titles or Super or Canda or anything like that. It's with every title. I can only watch on my computer and it still freezes like it's the dial-up era and I have to keep waiting for it to buffer or something

I'm a premium member in the UK and I've been trying to watch Naruto on my PS4 since buying it and I can't. I get the same notification about checking internet service etc etc. I can play other shows like My Hero Academia and Haikyu! I wonder if it's something to do with the screen res. Although it seems to work fine on my Mac?

In the app settings, set the subtitle language to English US (not UK). Also possibly set it here, too: /acct/?action=video
