Ive been trying to renew my premium account today but when i go to checkout it says " failed to checkout. Check card info" i know info right so what do i do?

I've moved this to the Site Support forum since it doesn't Belo g in General Discussion, but if you've read the Help/FAQ info that the zendesk link above leads to and didn't find anything that resolves your problem, you can submit a ticket via the /contact form to contact customer support staff directly.

Hi, I've been trying to renew my account on my crunchyroll app but it keeps telling me the page I'm looking for is nowhere to be found. I do believe my account is still good because I just renewed it back on Feb. 9 of this year. Can you tell me if you guys remove and change the amount and if not please fix the error because I want to watch my premium series. Thank you.

Looks like you were subscribed via iTunes. The latest renewal comes up as failed on our end. You might have to talk to the iTunes customer service about this.

In your case it would actually be much cheaper to subscribe in Canadian Dollars through our website via /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

Ok I will talk to the customer service of iTunes to see if they fix it, if not I will just subscribe through the website. Thank you for replying right away.
