For me it was Dimension W and Erased. I heard great things from the ones who read the manga but I'm the type of person who needs to see it to believe it. Also gotta hand it to Dagashi Kashi and Konosuba, they did great with the adaption, especially the nice humor they brought over and following the source pretty well if not better.

Too hard to pick just one, there are four on this list imo that are very good. (No order)
1. Ajin
2. Gate
3. Erased
4. Kono Subarashii

I'd probably go with Galko chan since that one rather flew under the radar and as a short form doesn't particularly get a lot of talk. As for the show itself. It's pretty funny also such great big lovely... eyes.

Definitely Grimgar.

So many people wrote it off way early.

Such a great show. Best OST of the season overall.

Konosuba surprised me, considering I hate most video game inspired anime.

Really? I was one of those people. Music montages so early in your show do not help convince me your show's writing is up to par. Also way too much in the fan service department. Did it get better? The art looked good, but I got tired of our loser group. Maybe I'll pick it up again.

I liked this show much more than Grimgar. It took the video game premise as seriously as it deserves which is to say not at all. Darkness is starting to annoy me though. Jokes can also miss hard for me.

I still think Log Horizon is the best we'll get out of the whole serious game premise.

Yeah I know. Still, I think I'll pick up Grimgar again and see how it goes. You aren't the first to praise it nor the last so maybe I judged too soon.
