I've had the app on my Xbox since the day i could get it and I've never had a problem, i was up this morning till about 3am watching an anime no problem. Skip to 10 minutes ago i try to turn the app on and it won't open and keeps closing then starts telling me i need to insert a disk ? any way to fix this ?

Try inserting the disc? jk, have you tried re-installing the app?

edit: or just restart the console; Xbone-apps are buggy af

I have the exact problem too! There is an Xbox Live Service Status issue: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

Not sure if related, but I've tried installing it/downloading it and everything and still nothing, The app on my dashboard says its 24.1 MB but on the Store (details page for the App) it says 24.2 MB . Tried restarting my Xbox One, unplugging and restarting and still doesn't work.

Yup & same here, Xbox's "Purchase and Content Usage" service is having problems right now. Lets see how good your patience is, cause its time for the waiting game to begin!!!
