Not really.

And I don't really care about the gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free, nut-free, animal-free stuff they list either. Might as well eat air.

No unless it's to deliver the classic joke where you read off ingredients in somebodies food and then throw in something weird like sulfuric acid.

Hmmmmm sometimes ,but a lot of the food I eat doesn't have nutrition facts on it.

I read it if it's a new food I'm trying for the first time. It's always good to know what's going in your body ya know

I've been on an "anything that tastes good" diet for the past few years, and an essential part of it is not reading these.

Yeah, super helpful. I'm not a health nut, but what it does is layout everything for me. I mean I knew the sodium in subs was high, but the last sub I got was like 2000 mg It's good to be informed. I don't want to be 40, and it be too late to where I need medication to control cholesterol and crap like that.

I tend to avoid the living hell out of anything prepackaged but sometimes it can't be avoided. So when it happens yes I read the damn Nutritional information and the ingredient list. The minute I spot something that I know is cancer basically I leave it on the shelf and go on my way.
