Bad stuff = red lettering so All ingredients in red lettering = cancer in a can..how does that = good in anyway or shape?

Oh sorry that was a little British sarcasm there...



That's how food in the UK is labelled...

Green = healthy (low)

Orange = in between good and bad (medium)

Red = bad (high)

Most really bad foods of course have lots of red ratings but they tend to be the really nice things... was my sarcastic point :D

ALWAYS. Has to have low Sodium (Salt), natural fats only and not too many. There cannot be any high fructose corn syrup or any other preservative or artificial sweetener. THAT'S WHAT CAUSES CANCER FOLKS!

yeah maybe on stuff that I drink i guess this is why I drink mostly water, coffee, green tea - and why I'm not too thrilled to see all the sugar in juices, sodas and even "vitamin" waters.

I usually only read the Servings per Container and the ingredients list.
