You't have to distill it and then filter the distillate in order for the water to be remotely drinkable.

And maybe repeat the process like three more times just to be damn sure...Even then I still say a prayer before taking that first sip.

what the hell caused that kind of massive discoloration in the first place? i don't think the absence of city officials alone would've turned the water black, there had to be some kind of exterior pollutant that turned it such a nasty shade. not to say that the officials not maintaining the system didn't contribute to the water turning black, but at the same time, what the hell did people litter in the resource to cause it to turn such a shade? decaying human remains? or is the dirt in that area of texas blackened? euuugh, either way, nasty....

looks like something out of a nightmarish horror sequence. aesthetically it's interesting in an ominous and eerie way, but realistically, ew, I would abstain from bathing, drinking, or touching that.

....but of course this just to happens to occur when all the officials are conveniently arrested.
and of course so is the town's mayor.
something's fishy in that black water (.__. )

I'd say it was nicely played revenge plan. Cause shit I don't know what crime they committed but it must have been cheaper to keep them in office then whatever this black water issue is costing them.

I would have to agree with you honestly. The timing is too much of a coincidence lol (.__. )

After I saw my first camel jockey armed with a SV-98 I stopped believing in coincidence. And this situation is no different.
