Nah, you buy the game then you just play like normal. It has a cash-shop but it's pretty much all cosmetic, and it will remain that way. The publishers are very close to the developers so it won't turn into pay 2 win like these other random, western publishers end up doing. The Korean version does have a few items that can be considered a little strong in their cash shop, but for the western release they've been removed entirely.

I see... I checked the website and it seems it's not available for my area anyway... guess maybe will have to wait for a SEA publisher.

But yeah I checked some videos and screenshots of this game before and it's really good looking.

Well graphically it looks like Archeage, Lineage Two, and Skyrim had a demon love child. But can you do overpowered builds. That was my favorite part about Archeage. Just watching all those raids, parties, and whatnot just doing like 1 damage a hit that my health regen negated. Then slaughtering my way through 30 of the them like a hot knife through butter.

Unless I can build a character like that I ain't interested.

Oh you can do that. The combat feels very heavy but satisfying. So if you play the Beserker (dual wield axes) and you hit mobs, it really feels like your hitting stuff hard, rather than it be very smooth like your hitting thin air. Also the main way to level up is grind (but it don't take forever, you can get level 50 in a few days if you want to). You round up a bunch of mobs then chain some combos together and rip through them all.

Class choice restricts weapon choice? Boring so no dual swords and bows allowed?

Yeah each class have there own weapons. It makes sense though there is a lot of skills that you can chain together. I do know in an expansion being released later though, everyone gets a secondary weapon. It's out right now in Korea I think, this game releases 3rd March for the west, so we shouldn't be waiting too long till we get it.
