I shouldn't be paying to be able to get barely 30 seconds into a show before giving up because it won't damn load. I've already talked to customer support, the response was 100% useless. I don't think it's my ISP because I can watch YouTube just fine. This is ridiculous, it's 2016, unwatchable lagging flash video shouldn't exist anymore.

it's the same for me but on the ps4 app, it works better on the computer though.

Well, tonight I discovered I have no problem with the Roku app, which I hadn't used before. So, then, why isn't it working on my laptop? I'm not sure it'd be the ISP then if it works in any capacity, must be something wrong with the laptop.

Roku is a device player and is served by a different CDN than the web player. Plus, the subs are hard encoded, so it is a simpler stream.
