Hey Guys,

(sorry, the last post got deleted because I must have screwed up the link. Fresh YouTube link down below!)

I live and work in Tokyo teaching English and I just uploaded a video describing all the things you should know and consider when thinking about living and teaching English in Japan!

Please check it out and ask me any questions you may have!

(sorry, fixed link)

No worries, this is good.
Interesting watch, to add.

What I get from this in short, becoming an English teacher in Japan is very possible even even low level Japanese speakers, but the pay and hours royally suck.
If you want to have a carreer there you're going to have to learn the language.

I think I'll just keep it to my anual vacations.

Looked like they had a headphone on, likely listening to music.
Not sure if the Youtube clip in the back was playing, might be that.

I recommend going to Gaijinpot.com (public job posting site). Most of the recruiters from eikaiwa who post their openings there are good about replying. Some main ones are: Gaba, Berlitz, Nova, and Coco Juku.

Also, she just on her phone, no sleeping haha

By any chance are you familiar with the Gaijin Chronicles Blog? The archived "I Am a Japanese School Teacher" has some really interesting anecdotes.

Go for the ghetto school, stay for Moeko's owl.
