The cruise ship seems to be the one that has the least likely chance of you dying. Even if there are no lifeboats, you could at least grab something that floats. Unless this is like the Titanic and the water surrounding the ship is at freezing temperature. In which case, a lifeboat would be your only chance of survival. Every other option is almost guaranteed death.

With the plane you can find a safe place to land the plane and parachute out.

A car, the impact wouldn't be as substantial, worse come to worse I could jump out, get road rash instead, the others have far fewer means of easy escape.

Isn't death inevitable in all of those situations? So basically, which way would I prefer to die...well they all seem unpleasant..

Death is far from certain with the ship.

Ships can take hours or even days to sink and are required to have flotation devises/life rafts.

Worst case scenario, tie off the legs of your jeans and fill with air periodically. It's not an ideal solution, but it does work. Just hope you are rescued before you pass out from exhaustion.

A plane with no engines is a glider, and "losing" means they're not necessarily even lost yet. It does depend a lot on the terrain you're flying over, but you can probably land safely.

Compared to the most popular option, the cruise ship, consider the venn diagram of "cold enough to kill humans" and "warm enough to be safe for man-eating sharks to swim in", and that's if you can get out - cruise ships are huge, you're probably not already near the lifeboats, and trying to get to the nearest unoccupied lifeboat in a sinking ship? Hoping you don't get trapped by the rising water and drown trapped in your room? Nope. So much nope. I'd rather hit a mountainside at 200mph.

I chose car at high speed with no breaks. I'm not a fan of roller coasters, i cannot swim and there for am afraid of deep water and i also have a fear of heights so that rules out the skies

A plane doesn't just drop like a rock if it experiences total engine failure, as has been pointed out. There should also be flotation devices on hand just in case the plane should go down over a body of water.

Easily a cruise ship.
With the event of the Titanic, many more safety precautions were implemented, namely a guarantee that there will be enough lifeboats.

A ship. I can swim, so my survival depends on me, at least partially. In all the other situations it's pure luck.

Sinking cruise ship seeing that they have life boats and chance of survival is better than all of those other situations.
