For whatever the reason i cannot purchase a premium membership. When I go to do so I get the message "Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member." I did a bit of research and saw that apparently there is a glitch that has to do with having "Show Mature Content" selected in your video preferences, but have no birth date set your profile. So I went and set my birth date 5/18/1994 and I am still getting the error message. Anyone know what to do? Thanks for all the help. -ThePixarLamp

The maturity settings have no relation to this issue.

Your premium membership should now be active.

There was a prepaid month on your account from September of last year. If you want to get back to quarterly billing you will have to adjust that in the settings.

Could you check my membership status, too shinryou?

I activated a Guest Pass yesterday and got the confirmation message, as well as the e-mail, but it doesn't show me as a Premium Member.
When I click on Premium it also tells me that I'm ineligible because I had a Free Trial or am currently a Premium Member.
