Depends on what I'm in the mood for...

I could be in the mood for a Lumberjack's Breakfast - eggs galore, assorted fried pork strips, slabs, and slices, plus flapjacks soaking in copious amounts of real maple syrup.

I might be more in the mood for a good ol' Southern Breakfast with Country fried steak, biscuits and gravy, cheesy grits, eggs, and suchlike.

I might be more in the mood for a bagel and schmear.

Maybe I'd like a nice helping of Machaca con huevos.

Sometimes a good ol' fashioned Waffle House special - Pecan waffle with my hash browns scattered smothered and covered...

I'd have hash browns, scrambled eggs on toast with sausage gravy (lots of pepper) over the top, and a small(ish) steak. On the side I'd have some baked beans in sauce, and 2 or 3 strips of bacon.

I call this meal the "get out of bed, eat, then fall back asleep"
It's amazing.

Well, sure. But I mean that's sometimes. You're presenting the question like breakfast is cruelly denied to us and we can only wistfully wish for the fleeting dream of pancakes~

There's nothing really stopping you from having pancakes, yo. Pancake away.

Well if you see it come off that way then you are taking things too literally. It's just a random question to lighten the mood nothing more and nothing less.

Eggs Benedict and Coffee. I love hollandaise sauce, but I never have time to make it before work.

Steak, spinach, and mushroom omelet with hollandaise. Then a few pieces of bacon. Couple chocolate chip pancakes. Orange juice. And after some green tea and a nap lol.

I would eat a common German meal. Brautwurst, bread, one boiled egg and coffee.

Seems sensible, but no fun. Well, probably should have more veggies so I guess you're splurging on meat/eggs a little.

As a geologist, I respect your name. Pahoehoe is a fun word to say. Just as much as a'a.

I tend to eat most of my veges for lunch/dinner. I very rarely even eat breakfast lol.
